We work with businesses to enable effective thinking and improved communication. We work with teams and individuals to enable you to achieve the results you want, and we do this by offering a combination of training, facilitation and coaching as needed. We provide unique tailored solutions, and have a range of well-honed standard courses that cover common issues.
Our trainers, coaches and facilitators are all experienced in their fields and have a commitment to their own learning, meaning that they have a range of tools and approaches to call upon to make sure that the desired result is achieved. Typically, our people have NLP skills and advanced skills in using Clean Language (see more on this methodology below).
Our team of experienced trainers and facilitators run the following bespoke courses and workshops:
Imagine your senior colleagues opening up enough to understand what really excites and motivates them, finding out in the process how best to work together as an aligned group.
- Discover what really matters to the business - and to you!
- Devise imaginative solutions to problems
- Invent exciting new products in line with customers' thinking
- Improve motivation, fast.
The technique we use, Clean Language, is consistent with the latest research from the world of cognitive linguistics, focussing on developing the key unique resources in each individual and making them accessible to the team. It has been implemented in several European countries but is currently little known in the UK.
It provides intimate knowledge of the way people think which can be used in a variety of contexts, from the boardroom to the shopfloor, in sales in marketing, and in customer research.
If you've got a people problem that needs to be solved, give us a call - one of our highly-qualified consultants may well be able to help.
Marketing Metaphoria
Companies worldwide report a 'depth deficit' - an absence of careful, imaginative thinking which could transform their understanding of customers and their relationship with them.
That's the view of Gerald and Lindsay Zaltman in their new book, Marketing Metaphoria. Like Clean Change Company, Zaltman, who is Professor of Business Administration, Emeritus, at Harvard Business School, specialises in exploring metaphors - with dramatic results. Read more here.
